Assembly

Whether they’re parts from our extensive standard range or even ones specially manufactured for you – you are welcome to leave the assembly work to us. We are ideally equipped to perform such work in all of our production plants in Germany, Italy and Switzerland.

• Assembly of self-adhesive labels in fully or semi-automatic manufacturing operations
• Assembly of customer-specific versions of products from our standard range, such as lid insert boxes, rack systems, Printorama; equipping our shelves and trolleys with OSBs; individual design of Stala organisation systems for shop areas or businesses
• Insertion, bonding and riveting of tapes or foams of varying degrees of thickness and in different designs

Hot embossing

Give your containers and lids an individual touch. 

• With hot embossing, your logo or container labels will always remain on the containers and will also withstand extensive use and washing in automated facilities (including ultrasound and UV radiation units)
• Make use of the various colours to complement your design and highlight the heart and soul of your brand in your packaging too

Vibration welding

High load-bearing capacity, super-silent transport properties on roller conveyors and anti-friction properties on surfaces are best achieved by flat bottoms combined with ribbed bottoms.

• With our specially equipped vibration welding system, we can use our standard range to build you intralogistics containers that also meet the highest requirements for modern intralogistics systems
