HELMET SHELLS: The lightweight helmet shells made of high-quality PE-HD are characterized by high chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, and other chemicals and are also UV-stabilized. This makes the SATURNO industrial protective helmets ideal for use indoors and outdoors, even at very low temperatures down to -30°C. The ventilation holes on both sides also ensure optimal air circulation.

INNER LINING: The inner lining of the helmet ensures a comfortable fit with a sweatband and a flame-retardant 4-point textile strap, both certified according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, as well as a twist buckle. The head circumference can be individually adjusted from 52 to 62 cm.

ACCESSORIES: Spare parts and accessories such as carrying frames, visors, and ear muffs complete the system and ensure long-term use. 30 mm pockets on both sides make it easy to attach all common face and hearing protection combinations.

CUSTOMIZATION: The safety helmets are available in different colours so they can be adapted to specific requirements or company colours. In addition, they can be printed or embossed to create an attractive, modern, and individual design.

CERTIFICATION: The safety helmet certified according to EN 397:2012, A1:2012 (D), and GS-PS-01:2018 offers optimal protection, quality, and maximum comfort. It is ideally suited for a large variety of uses in a wide range of sectors.
