HELMET SHELLS: The SATURNO electrician's helmet was developed for electricians and professionals in the field of electrical engineering. Its primary purpose is to protect the wearer from various hazards that can occur when working with electrical systems or installations. The lightweight helmet shells made of high-quality PE-HD are characterized by high chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, and other chemicals and are also UV-stabilized. This makes the SATURNO industrial protective helmets ideal for use indoors and outdoors, even at very low temperatures down to -30°C.

INNER LINING: The inner lining of the helmet ensures a comfortable fit with a sweatband and a flame-retardant 6-point textile strap, both certified according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, as well as a ratchet buckle. The head circumference can be individually adjusted from 52 to 62 cm.

CUSTOMIZATION: In addition, they can be printed or embossed to create an attractive, modern, and individual design.

CERTIFICATION: The safety helmet certified according to EN 397:2012, A1:2012 (D), and GS-PS-01:2018 offers optimal protection, quality, and maximum comfort. It is ideally suited for a large variety of uses in a wide range of sectors. In addition, the safety helmet is certified in accordance with EN 50365:2002-05 (D) and offers electrical insulation up to 1000 VAC or 1500 VDC. This makes it ideal for working on high-voltage lines or live equipment.
